Candidate Pay

When choosing this option, exam fees may be paid by the candidate ONLINE by using their personal Credit Card or by Money order.  Money order must be received 7 days prior to exam date.  If the money order isn’t received prior to testing, the exam will be postponed. No Personal checks are accepted.

Test Site Pay

When choosing this option, exam fees are paid by the test site following the exam administration. Options for test site pay include:

Corporate Credit Card – AMCA can keep a designated credit card on file to use as a payment. This card will only be charged for candidates that test when your organization authorizes AMCA to make the charge. A Credit Card Authorization Form is required.

Invoicing – This option is granted to AMCA Test Sites that have received Financial Clearance and are in good financial standing. Invoice terms are “Due on Receipt”.

Financial Clearance is Required:

• In order to be invoiced, it is required to submit a Business Credit Application and be approved prior to your first test date.
• Invoices are a courtesy to our clients who maintain a prompt payment history.
• Invoices may be issued when there are 5 or more testers.  For exams with less than 5 testers, we request completing a Credit Card Authorization Form. There is the option on the form to authorize a one-time payment and/or choose for the card to be kept on file for future transactions.

Business Check – Business checks are accepted and due upon receipt of the invoice.
